Starting June 10, 2018, Grace Family Fellowship will be meeting every Sunday morning at 10 am for worship at our new location, 1505 Third Street in Chillicothe, Missouri. We’re very excited about this move to our permanent home and we hope to see you there!
We are essentially a reformed, family-integrated church that desires to walk in obedience to the Scriptures alone and we desire to align our families and our church in this same manner. Our church is birthed in response to the modern ideals of contemporary Christianity.
We desire to be reformed primarily in three responses:
First, the local congregation of the body of Christ needs to come under Biblical Accountability. At GFF we believe that this comes through a proper understanding of the Scriptures. God alone is Sovereign over salvation, and He gives us the whole counsel of His Wisdom through His Word in how to live in righteousness and obedience.
Secondly, reformation in our homes needs to take place. Every home is a little church. We teach and attempt to live out the disciplines of Bible Reading, Prayer, Memorization, and Worship on a daily basis in our homes. We also believe that the leadership of the Father in the home is paramount to the instruction of the Family. We must open our homes and be vulnerable to each other and those that we present the Gospel to.
Thirdly, we are a fellowship of the church that desires to have a proper accountability toward one another. We believe accountability begins with proper delivery of His Word through expository preaching. We also firmly believe that the structure of the church should be a plurality of elders/pastors who unashamedly preach the Gospel of Christ. The elders/pastors at GFF are unpaid ministers who are held accountable by God and the Church, through the Scriptures. Men are to lead through serving the body, as exemplified by Christ.
